since um, *cough* i got a lovely message asking if i were anorexic, i'm sure there was no harm meant in the message, but it greatly offended me. i'd rather not be asked something like, for one, no i am NOT anorexic, two, i have a high metabolism, 3, i'm really tiny and short, i'm filipino, most filipinos are TINY. i'm 85 pounds, and in the morning time, i'm usually around 83 pounds, and in later day i can be about 85 pounds. i am short, i'm 5' 1", so i'm not very tall which means my weight is not completely unhealthy. yes, i AM a little underweight, but it's not unhealthy. i DO eat a lot. believe if you asked any of my friends, they'd tell you that i eat more than any of them. believe me.
*cough* yeah um i think it is pretty rude to go straight up to someone and ask them if their anorexic, i personally would never have thought to ask someone that o_o. and just because someones thin DOESN'T mean that they are anorexic, many people that aren't rail thin are anorexic, or bulimic, i hate throwing up so you can tell im not bulimic, and, i could never not eat. i mean i could wait to eat like today, i slept until four:30 xD, but after a while i'd get faint a sick so i'd have to eat something, i'm not physically capable of doing that. and im not weak.
i dont have any signs of anorexia. except for being skinny looking. o_o i've been asked if im anorexic so many times, and it does kind of hurt, it's kind of offensive if you think about it.
and being this thin isn't always that good, its hard to find pants that actually fit. and shirts.
so just think about it before you randomly ask some skinny girl if she's anorexic. who knows it could hurt her feelings.

i'm feelin' ya, girl. i'm filipino, too (tho' you look mustisa..?), and all through high school i was 4' 11" and 85 lbs. i'm still 4' 11" but now i weigh 121 lbs. but then, i've also had two kids. :0)

yep, "mustisa/mustiso" generally means half filipino and half white. my youngest son is half filipino, 1/4 mexican, and 1/4 irish. his skin color looks just like yours. absolutely gorgeous!!

I always considered you to be quite healthy looking (in a good way)! I knew you were pretty tiny, but I never thought you looked anorexic. That's so uncalled for.

I completely know how you feel! A lot of people rag on me too because I'm skinny...I weigh around 88 lbs. & I'm 5'3...but the fact of matter is, is that I'm healthy! Probably healthier than most people in America. I'm really into yoga and I eat most organic foods. And I completely know how it is to get looks everywhere you go and hear, "you're so skinny." It gets old after a while, but I just say, "Thank you." Alot of people say, "you must be able to wear whatever you want", lol Yeah, right! It is so hard to find clothes that both fit and flatter. Any-way, just thought I'd let you know, you're not the only one and don't let those ignorant people bring you down.

wow. i have the same problem with people. i use to have this thing on myspace where anyone could comment me. and people use to tell me. go eat something or you're gonna die. and crap like that. but that was in the past... but you shouldn't worry. i think you're gorgeous.
People always think I'm anorexic or something too. It kinda makes me sad and upset but sometimes I guess I could eat a bit more. I was even asked by a doctor whether I was or not. I'm 5'1" and have always been between 82 and 84 lbs since forever. I'm the tallest in my household of my four sisters. It is really hard to be this tiny. I always shop at forever 21 but their smalls still don't fit sometimes especially bottoms. Where do you shop? I'm actually in need of more bottoms and more sophisticated clothing. I have no idea where to start. Please help if you can.
i shop at like hottopic and tillys (pants) and H&M. H&M has great tops.

my friend well.. i dont know if he considers me as a friend but he makes fun of me and says that if i eat ill get skinny, because i tend to eat a LOT..
so he also calls me a stick, its kind of mean.
heey uhhmm..I would have never guessed you were Philippino. thats like WOAAH! cause I'm Philippino too xD.its pretty intense. but uhh anywhoo.. chyeah i get that alot to. as if they didnt know the Philippino stereo-type, tiny.for sure, that was majporly rude. but question, what are you mixed with ( im just going to take a shot in the dark here and say Canadian or American xD )? if it helps im full Flip and i dont look like it. = \. on my view, when people say or ask/assume that you are anorexic, im pretty sure it just has the same effects as if someone were to say, ask/assume that someone was obese. and i am filipino as well! 5'2'' and i've weight 99 pounds for forever haha =]
